We worked with John to purchase our home in Los Altos. We met John at an open house 9 months ago and he started helping us understand the different areas in Palo Alto and Los Altos. At that time, we were not ready to purchase, but he would update us once in awhile about market conditions from his experiences with buying and selling in the area. He would also answer the many questions we had. All throughout the communication, we did not feel pressured to buy. When we were finally ready to purchase, we felt that he was on our side and try to help us get a great deal. He would not pressure us into something that we did not feel comfortable with. He would also provide an honest opinion in what he feels were issues with the property. We didn’t get the first house, but John would always be in communication with us about potential properties as well as try to help us find off market properties. In the end, we had our offer accepted on the 2nd house. It was mainly due to John’s amazing negotiation skills and persistence that we were able to get our house quickly and at a great price even in this super competitive market!
