John is responsive, diligent and level-headed. He went above and beyond to help us close our deal. We went through several rounds of negotiations and each time John did whatever he could to keep both parties moving toward a common goal. Additionally, we had some problems with our lender, which he helped us manage. He was always on top of them and always offered to step in when our interactions with Citibank seemed to hit a wall.
